A Court of Thorns and Roses
Sarah J Maas is definitely one of my new favorite authors. Her stories are addicting and you don’t want to put them down. I had forgotten that A Court of Thorns and Roses was a retelling, which I think was a good thing because it wasn’t until after I finished the book and was discussing it with my husband that he figured out what it was a retelling of. I enjoyed the story a lot and loved seeing a human woman overcoming obstacles that a Faerie Queen and others threw at her. I enjoyed the story a lot and loved seeing a human woman overcoming obstacles that a Faerie Queen and others threw at her. It was an emotional rollercoaster and I loved every minute of it. I can’t wait to read the next book, which comes out in a few weeks, and see what else happens to Feyre now that things have drastically changed for her and the Spring Court
